Wlecome to my website for listings in the Chama River Valley. My wife and I have been residents and small business owners in the Chama Valley since 1992. I have been a licensed Realtor in New Mexico since 1993 and currently hold a Broker's License in both Colorado and New Mexico. I am very experienced in all sales of real estate from ranch and land purchases to home and commercial properties.
As a former owner of a resale car business, coin laundry and dry cleaning business, and the current owner of Chama's only self-service car wash, my business background is centered around working with people and servicing their needs. In addition, I believe in playing an active role in my community. I am past Charter President of the Chama Valley Rotary Club, and am a past director of the Chama Valley Chamber of Commerce. Also, my wife and I are very active members of our church.
I have always enjoyed a great love of the outdoors, from the time of my youth when I earned the Eagle Scout Award to attaining a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri in Forest Management. I enjoy snowmobiling and various other outdoor activities today.
